1. Reseller status
dysonairwrap.eu operates as an authorized worldwide reseller of Dyson products. All trademarks (including 'Dyson' and 'Airwrap') are the property of Dyson Limited and used in good faith with permission.
2. Order request, not direct sale
Submitting an order request through this site is not an immediate sale. Our team will confirm availability, regional voltage, final price and delivery date by email or phone within a few hours. Payment is collected only after you confirm.
3. Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is free to all destinations served by our fulfilment partners. Customs duties or import taxes (where applicable) are the customer's responsibility unless explicitly stated.
4. Manufacturer warranty
All products include the standard 2-year Dyson manufacturer warranty unless the product page states otherwise. Warranty service is handled directly by Dyson in the destination country.
5. Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dysonairwrap.eu is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the customer's habitual residence to the extent required by local consumer protection law.
